Now that my most recent tenants have moved in, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you have done for me.

Incredibly, in a difficult rental market, you took 2 days to find me wonderful tenants. You are tireless, and go way above and beyond, with things large and small, like making sure I have the proper trash cans, meeting contractors and inspectors, recommending and negotiating with landscapers, and tradespeople on my behalf, and my tenants love you! You miss nothing, and you are always available. I have truly never met a Property Manager who was so committed to their profession. I am 100% confident that you will always be looking out for me, and know should a problem arise, that you will be there in an instant to help solve it. Your level of personalized service is nothing short of amazing, and although I know you have many many homes and property owners in your care, you always have time for me at any hour which actually blows my mind. I am not sure if you ever sleep even with our different time zones.
